Munger Place
Munger Place is one of the early deed-restricted subdivisions in Dallas, developed around 1905 by the Munger brothers. Its more than 200 homes, with symmetrical facades, broad porches and low hipped roofs, form the largest intact collection of Prairie-influenced structures in North Texas.
