State Thomas

The State Thomas Historic District is a mixed-use residential and commercial district with the largest remaining collection of intact Victorian residential structures in Dallas. Its one- and two-story frame houses are mostly Italianate, Queen Anne and vernacular in style, and the City of Dallas designated it a landmark district in 1986.
