Swiss Avenue Historic District

Swiss Avenue, once part of the Munger Place subdivision, holds approximately 200 homes in historical revival, Prairie and bungalow styles, in intact and restored condition. It is known for its landscaped parkways and was the first local historic district designated in Dallas.
